Thanks for this great and entertaining work.
Besides God having a twisted sense of humor, this may be just a self exploratory exercise of God.
It seems to me there is a great deal of energy of the Universe, invested on limiting our perception (and the perception of every other creation) and such limitation help us believe on concepts like “many” and “change” and sometimes feel them as real.

I still find it funny that it is the non-religious who have to prove that god DOESN’T exist.
I believe that Santa Claus has 15 arms and plays the sitar like a pro when he flies with his superman cape. Have you ever seen it? no? Then it must be so.
I’ve been through all of the theistic contradictions and nonsense many a time, I’m really glad you made a commentary about it. The other thing I want to point out that’s quite comical as well is why human beings don’t have the utilities (senses, thought, knowledge) to know god from birth, or to understand if we have a purpose, his intentions for us, etc. It’s basically “I will save you if you accept me as your one true god, even though you don’t know I exist until someone tells you about me”.
Another thing is how horrible human beings handle religion or faith. We’re a social race, we love discovery and learning, and we love to create. Religion usually contradicts this human behavior, as it restricts and limits us to only so many things we’re allowed to do (sex saved for marriage, etc). It’s funny that we’re so diverse, and most standard religions restrict your diversity.
The concept of religion or creationism is fine. In the hands of human beings, it’s not, as it still holds one of the world’s highest death tolls.
My friend is a christian too, and apparently from what he’s telling me, a single man could kill every other human being on the planet, but if he asked for forgiveness for his sins and accepted god, then he’d still go to heaven. I died laughing. :P
I definitely agree with you– this ‘God’ is one sadistic asshole. Simply looking at the doctrine of Hell is such compelling evidence against God. Hell is somewhat analogous to a man who told one lie being water-boarded to the brink of death, resuscitated, and then repeated. The cycle would go on infinitely. Yet, even that’s not as awful as Hell– considering eventually the guy would die.. whereas Hell is eternal. Yet, hey, this is the same God we’re supposed to love and revere– the ultimate perfection we should be striving to mimic. Nice guy, eh?
Oh, and then there is the fact that someone who exudes a much closer paragon of human morality, Gandhi, would be burning in Hell where a discriminatory bastard– Fred Phelps– would be in eternal ‘paradise.’
You, Madam, (and other posters here), are clearly destined for Hell, with that attitude! Remember, in Hell there will be drinking, dancing, gambling, random fornication, interesting colour schemes, intellectual discourse and other things discouraged by monotheism.
If only you would accept Jay-sus into your life, then you, too, could go to Heaven and sing, along with other boring, sheeplike people who can’t be bothered to do a bit of research, to a deity so insecure that he needs to be worshipped by human beings, of all things!
Oh yeah, this deity is a bit like the mafia; do what I say, or the concrete overshoes take you straight down to you know where!
Nature is perfect, self sustaining. I find it remarkable but without the ability to love. To love there must be an option to not love.Tell me what is Love. We choose which path to take. We choose to love or not. We choose. And as a whole Race we choose to not true love our fellow man. Love is unconditional or its not true love, no matter what love loves. The Bible knows love unlike its followers the sacrifice for those in need(Jesus had a heart for the poor that for sure). The truth is man loves power over people, we love to feel is if where right and everybody wrong.Atheists think Christians are high and mighty and judge them. The Bible tells to be humble and don’t judge. So Christians are hippocratic. Blame. We are all guilty, period.Big surprise people are not perfect. People are radical in this and full of hate on both sides. “O why are we so blind to see” a song once said. We only focus on each others short comings and not our own, we blame when we are to blame. One thing both sides can agree on is we need to LOVE each other people. In a world where the “impossible” happens in a world where truth is stranger than fiction let us be wise and say “i don’t know” both sides. Love saves all who decide to let it in i know this. If i chose to turn my back on love i pray there is a hell so i will receive what i deserve. IN the christian view of things, perfection is attainable but only in one way Luke 18:18-23. A person that dose this i Don’t think any of us could hold A solid argument with such a person. That person would know for sure if God is real or not.
1stCorinthians 13:4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud. Only a fool can dispute this. Lets choose to love people, bury the hatchet, or I fear there might be no tomorrow for any of us. Verbal violence is hate at its ugliest it can be worse than the physical kind i know this.
O ya one more thing POD’s Alive and Jeff Buckley’s Hallelujah. I could listen to this kind of music for an eternity. Be fair. Stop the the drug of hate people

Furthermore, HOW can one enter “paradise,” knowing a loved one is being roasted in eternal hellfire?
Jan 18, 2011 @ 22:13:38
That was so funny and cute.

never looked at it like a twisted comedic sense, but you could be right.
Jan 21, 2011 @ 16:46:24
I must admit, I’m a creationist. I believe man created god.
Jan 21, 2011 @ 17:06:15
Which is probably our most genius creation.
Jan 21, 2011 @ 18:00:56
God created man, then man turned around and created god.
Man created god, then god turned around and created man.
