If that is T. rex, it is a member of the bird-ancestor branch of the dinosaurs. There are two remarkable things about birds. The female carries the ‘Y-chromosome”, where X is defined as the one that the other sex has two of. Besides that, in large raptors, the female is the larger.
She should be Tyrannosaura regina.
The other thing is, that very few if any male birds have a penis. I have read that a drake does, must most cock birs do not have a “cock” !
